Covers defects in parts and labor due to our installation or workmanship. If anything fails because of our work within one year, we'll fix or replace it free of charge.
Excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Full refund on labor/repair services if you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days.
• Installed hardware (SSDs, RAM, screens, etc.) may be returned only if unused and in original sealed packaging.
• Once hardware is installed, it is non-returnable for refund (change of mind), but remains fully covered under the 1-year warranty for defects.
• Software/services (e.g., virus cleanup, data recovery, OS installation) are non-refundable once completed.
• Parts are custom-ordered for your specific device once you approve the quote and provide payment (or deposit).
• Deposits and payments for ordered parts are non-refundable if you cancel the service after the part has been purchased, as these items are typically non-returnable to our suppliers.
• If we have not yet ordered the part, any payment is fully refundable.
We respect your privacy and do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third parties.
Any data accessed during repair (e.g., files, photos, accounts) is treated with strict confidentiality and is only used to complete your requested service.
We retain basic customer contact information (name, phone, email, device details) only as needed to provide warranty support and service history. Any backups or copies of your personal files created during repair are securely deleted once the job is complete and approved by you.
